Biography
As a Jacksonville native I am very excited to see the changes that are happening to the greater Jacksonville area.  I returned to Jacksonville in 2003 after living in Metro Atlanta for almost 15 years where I watched that city transform it's downtown and historic neighborhoods and see the progress that Jacksonville is making.  I've always been a fan of historic homes, having lived in Avondale/Riverside as a child, I watch my parents renovate a 1919 Saxlebye and Marsh home on Riverside Ave when most of Jacksonville had abandoned that neighborhood.  That's why it made sense for us to move into the Historic Springfield neighborhood when we returned to Jacksonville.  

I bring to real estate over 20 years of customer service experience where I worked for both KMart and Rich's department stores in a number of capacities.  I have found that being a good REALTOR requires you to listen to your customers, and I believe that is the reason for my success.
